Orders and Shipping
Usually your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order (subject to card clearance and stock availability).
Also, depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number.
We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.
Our product pricing already includes GST, you don’t need to pay extra.
We are happy to ship orders anywhere in the world with a mailbox, PO box, or valid delivery address!
We integrate different suppliers and in most cases we will pack and ship your order together.

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us at support@loosei.com within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. If your order has not shipped, please contact our customer service team directly and we will be able to modify the delivery address directly for you.
If your order is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. You can also contact the person or business shipping the address for help and to see if there is anything they can do. You can attempt to locate the package with the tracking number. If possible, you can pick it up at the incorrect address.
You can change or cancel your order at any time by contacting us before the goods are shipped.
